actEnglish Drop In Booking
Each session of the actEnglish programme can be accessed individually apart from the 10th performance evening. This can be only be booked individually provided 6 sessions to have been attended in advance.
Each class is split into two parts. The first part involves general drama activities with a language focus – and the second focusses on script work. The script work follows the pattern below and is based on the number of sessions you have attended. In your first session you will be given an introductory script and in your second a monologue or duologue for you to continue working on.
However, each class has a broad theme that follows this schedule over every 10 week period. All Thursdays except Session 10 which is on a Wednesday evening.

Session 4 (19/09/19) – PRONUNCIATION
Session 5 (26/09/19) – PRONUNCIATION 2
Session 6 (3/10/19) – USING EMOTION
Session 7 (10/10/19) – USING INTENTION
Session 8 (17/10/19) – USING CHARACTER AND MOVEMENT
Session 9 -24/10/19) – USING PERFORMANCE
Session 10 – (30/10/19) – FILMED PERFORMANCE EVENING
(3 Week break before the next 10 week schedule)
Drop In Class fee: £20 (refunded if you book the full programme by the 4th of September).
Where: Deli Studios, Broadgate near Liverpool Street.
