  • Skills worksheets to help support you with future courses and acting work
  • A chance to join the actEnglish company and continue the work completed on the course
  • A certificate/ detailed report based on the filmed performance
Report and certificate from a recent course

Classes will:

  • Help you develop the language you need to express a range of emotions and conversational styles.
  • Assist you in reciting and performing everyday English found in contemporary plays.
  • Give you the skills to work on personal accent and pronunciation issues through repetition and intonation.
  • Build your confidence to speak in public.
  • Develop your acting, improvisation and theatre skills.
  • Help you learn and use new language quickly and appropriately.
  • Give you the chance to join a theatre company with performance opportunities.

The full programme works in stages that take you through different skills –

  2. PRONUNCIATION: Knowing how to recognise and practice the right phonetics, connected speech and stress in spoken English.

  • The second focuses on on going script work on an individual and two or three person basis.
